Invitation: Feature as an Established Creator @ Reconstellation

We’d like to invite you to feature as an “Established Creator” in Reconstellation!
This is a remote paid opportunity that could take shape in several ways across the program dates of September 21 – December 21, with most talks scheduled in October. We can work with your availability.
If you’re interested please read on!
Minimum involvement is typically an online session where you discuss aspects of your creative process and feature in a facilitated Q&A discussion.
Below is our current group of Established Creators, some of whom you might recognize including Spencer Greenberg, Visa Veerasamy, Lydia Laurenson, Abi Olvera, Kaj Sotala, and Damon Pourtahmaseb-Sasi.
We're hoping to ask about 3-6 more people to feature, including you!
If you'd like to peak into the program, here's a worksheet and video from our self-guided materials and a handful of our established creator talks from the last program.

Reconstellation is a 90-day online camp where a cohort of people receive infrastructural, programmatic and community support as they take on a passion project (e.g. starting a blog, defining their organizational mission, creating a workshop).
We had ~25 people participate last time and we're aiming for 3 - 4x that amount this time.
Our approaches and program design emphasize important inner work, creative strategizing, peer support, and intentional real-world experimentation.
By the end, we aim for the participants to have made progress on their projects, but also have developed a deeper repertoire of methods and learnings for their next pursuit.
The first half of the program is about exploration and intention-setting, while the second half is about commitment, execution, and responding to what comes up in the real world.
What participants create as a result of this program is important, but Reconstellation ultimately prizes the lessons learned and self-discovery that can be taken with for the future.
What's Reconstellation?

Where you could come in
We’re excited to have our program feature a select group of “established creators” who have clearly wrestled with the many challenges that come with producing ambitious creative works.
Through our coaching work helping leaders and industry luminaries find the creative inspiration to grapple with complex challenges and aspirations, we have a real respect for what your journey must have been like. (You can find more about us here)
And given that our program focuses so much on exploration of the creative process, we have good reason to think you’d have a lot to share that could be helpful and inspiring for our cohort to hear.
Our cohort would love to hear your thoughts on:
-
Internal changes that may have been very important for your creative process, and even your life overall.
-
How your practice of creativity has affected other areas of your life
-
What you consider to be the essential elements of your creative process
-
How you have arranged your life and circumstances in order to have the space to create consistently
-
Challenges that others in a similar place may encounter and your strategies for overcoming them
Reasons why you might want to get involved:
-
Our aim with the Reconstellation project is ultimately to help people connect to their humanity through accessing creativity. We believe this is a major component of living a good life as people navigate unprecedented challenges that have emerged in the modern world.
-
If you haven’t already, this could be a great way to reflect (more) on your creative process, which we know can be beneficial in numerous ways, potentially including:
-
Holding the process differently/better for the next time around
-
Opening up this deeper aspect of yourself to your audience
-
Forming appreciation for how far you’ve come
-
Some satisfaction from making sense of your journey
-
And surely there’s more ~
-
-
Connect with other creators and Reconstellation participants at Supercycle.org, a community centered on cultivating inspiration for leading a better life

Please let us know if you’d like to be more involved in the program. Some ideas for this:
-
All, more than, some or none of the above
-
Running your own workshops and/or regular meetings for participants working in a similar area as you
-
Helping shape the personalized co-created curriculum of our participants
-
Introducing us to funders who would like to help this program grow
-
Organizing external opportunities for our participants (either learning or practical, such as networking events)
-
Helping our participants find platforms and/or audiences for their work
-
Other ideas you might have!
-
We’re also open to working with different hourly rates and arrangements. As a 501(c)(3), it will be difficult for us to go too far beyond the rates listed above.
21 September is our start date. Most of our established creator events would take place between late September and late October 2026.
Please let us know if this is interesting to you by emailing Tee @ tee@supercycle.org.
And if there's anyone else that you think could be a good fit, we'd welcome that!
Our Referral System
For Reconstellation 2.0, we're hoping to expand the size of the program. Last time we had about 25 participants, and this time we're shooting for about 100. This will also mean that we'll have more demand for feedback and would like to bring in more Established Creators! So we're considering who else to add this time.
We want to keep the scaling and growth of this program organic-feeling, so instead of finding the biggest names or messaging random people, we're hoping that we can bring in more people who know people, both at the Established Creator and participant levels.
A few notes about who could qualify:
-
People with careers, work and a way of moving through the world that you admire or think others could benefit from interacting with
-
Genuine friends, warm acquaintances, or people that you think would respond to you warmly. Could also include people that you want to help out!
-
"Established" is still our best term for those who have consistently brought things into the world that you and others admire. They don't necessarily have to have high notoriety, though that's helpful for being of interest to program participants. Mini-famous, niche-famous, or just outright famous is fine, but we wouldn't necessarily jump at that because of the 'organic scaling' desire we have.
-
People who are willing to spread the word is also important. We want to facilitate more opportunities for folks to interact with creators that they admire. This will also help expand the program size and diversity of feedback offerings.
-
Ideally also people who'd want a 'medium' level of involvement, though light involvement is totally fine too. (Below this email are the tiers you could pass along if you'd like)

Meet us

Reconstellation is a Supercycle.org program run by co-founders Emily Dama and Tee Barnett, who for years have been specializing in how shifting people’s underlying perceptions and interpretations can enhance their life strategies.
We’ve seen the importance and effectiveness of this work across our experience coaching leaders and industry luminaries, running a cohort-based coaching training program, and launching a personal and professional development community.
Reconstellation resembles the cohort-based developmental learning approach we took in our coaching training program. Here are testimonials of those who participated.
Our coaching often takes place with a backdrop of transitional circumstances, whether initiated proactively or encountered reactively, where the life strategies our clients have accumulated along the way are irrelevant, inadequate, conflicting, and/or incomplete.
Reconstellation is our way of enhancing this potent individual work by bringing it to a larger supportive group.
