The shifting winds and endless beckoning of the modern world can cause even the strongest fires within us to flicker.
Today brings many pulls and demands that can make it hard to keep hold of who we really are and who we want to be.
We see creativity as the ignition of a soulful life.
Our best moments tend to come when we feel most like ourselves. When we feel alive. Times when we’re deeply in touch with our own humanity.
Reconstellation is 90 days of applying creativity to fan the flames of your humanity.
You get there by pursuing a project of your choosing within a community with many supporting elements, including programs, workshops, coaching, established creator talks, feedback, and much more.
Apply by Sept 18

Over the course of 90 days, you and your cohort will enjoy several options for support that are hard to come across in the wild –
Community
Meet-ups with the entire cohort and sub-cohorts (writers, video creators, organizational leaders, therapists & coaches, etc.)
Peer Pairing
Opt-in to being paired up with a buddy
– all there to help you in pursuing your personal or professional endeavor, such as starting a blog, defining an organizational mission, or creating a workshop.
The program unfolds in two distinct phases:
These two phases are core parts of the fiery process from internal change to external expression, when we don’t just deepen our sense of connection with our humanity but also see its outward manifestation. We believe this process can lead to meaningful changes in the guiding lights we live by, regenerating, renewing, re-imagining the constellations of our lives.

What changes you could see
Reconstellation is a well-supported arena – described by participants as a “safe sandbox,”, “a monastery for creative projects” and a place for “creative awakenings” and “permissioning” – where strengthening your relationship with creativity could lead to meaningful progress on the goals you have, the person you want to be, and the life you’re striving for.
-
Making meaningful strides in putting something out there that feels good to you internally (satisfying, correct, truthful) and expresses well externally (appropriate, calibrated, efficacious, promising)
-
Practicing strategically applying creativity 1) within your project and 2) in figuring out how to sustainably fit in making progress on your project with everything else going on in your life.
-
Gaining self-understanding and skill in working with your own emotional and perspectival issues that could be hampering many areas of your life.
-
Nurturing creativity as a wellspring for generating inspiration, energy, hope and momentum
-
Receiving outside inspiration and guidance from a number of sources well-suited to your endeavors and personal psychology
-
Getting emboldened and energized by the spirit and momentum of creating as part of a group. Many relationships from Reconstellation 1.0 lasted beyond the program.
-
Receive several vantage points, sources and types of feedback on what you created and aspects of your creative process

Meet us

Reconstellation is a Supercycle.org program run by co-founders Emily Dama and Tee Barnett, who for years have been specializing in how shifting people’s underlying perceptions and interpretations can enhance their life strategies.
We’ve seen the importance and effectiveness of this work across our experience coaching leaders and industry luminaries, running a cohort-based coaching training program, and launching a personal and professional development community.
Reconstellation resembles the cohort-based developmental learning approach we took in our coaching training program. Here are testimonials of those who participated.
Our coaching often takes place with a backdrop of transitional circumstances, whether initiated proactively or encountered reactively, where the life strategies our clients have accumulated along the way are irrelevant, inadequate, conflicting, and/or incomplete.
Reconstellation is our way of enhancing this potent individual work by bringing it to a larger supportive group.
